PKD (polykristallijn diamant) gereedschap is gereedschap dat voorzien is van een laag diamant van zeer goede kwaliteit. De standtijd/duurzaamheid van diamant is vele malen hoger dan dat van hardmetaal (HM zaagbladen). Dit kan wel uitlopen tot wel 30 tot 40 keer langer. Onze diamantzagen zijn geschikt voor het bewerken van plaatmaterialen zoals spaanplaat, MDF, Trespa/volkern, gelamineerde platen en multiplex maar ook cementgebonden materialen. U kunt hierbij ook de hoogte van het diamantbeleg kiezen (H=3 – H=4 – H=6), dit bepaald de levensduur van het gereedschap.

HM groefzaagblad voor het maken van groeven in alle materialen. De groefzaag heeft vlakke tanden voor zuivere resultaten. Verkrijgbaar in alle asgaten, asgat wordt naar wens uitgedraaid.
